holistic therapy to heal the deepest wounds, both old & new

how we can work together

  • Individual Therapy

A dedicated time just for you and what you want to work on, no topics are off limits in our sessions. My approach focuses on exploring and healing old (and new) wounds that cause disconnection - with yourself and those you love. I’m dedicated to making the therapy room a safe place for you to land. Together, we will identify the root cause of your hurt, learn ways to cultivate self-acceptance and empower you to harness your inner strength.

  • Family Therapy

Family is where we first experience attachment. Some of the biggest influences in our lives start in childhood. Being a play therapist and working with children & families for over a decade, I get it - the different cycles of life bring new challenges. That’s where I step in. Together, we explore relationship patterns and foster conversations that are otherwise difficult to talk about. My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where families can explore challenges and build stronger connections.

  • Supervision & Consultation

As an educator and advocate, I am committed to guiding the next generation of counselors through attachment and systems-oriented supervision. My supervision sessions provide a collaborative space where LAC (Arkansas) can enhance their clinical expertise and grow their confidence in practice.

I bring a decade of experience as a counselor and play therapist working across diverse populations, settings, and modalities. In my consultation sessions, I offer tailored support to mental health professionals seeking guidance with complex cases and broadening clinical insights. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or interested in learning more, my goal is to provide you the resources to feel empowered and equipped to thrive in your practice and support your community.

areas of expertise

Trauma can show up in many forms, leaving lasting marks on how we think, feel, and be in relationships with others. A lot of my work has been with children, adults, and families who have experienced trauma and systemic injustices. My approach is focused on healing the whole person - developing coping skills, embracing strengths, and finding resilience in the midst of chaos.

Trauma

Is your mind starting to feel like a hamster wheel? I’ve been there, the feeling of being overstimulated, the brain fog, and super overwhelmed. Through the power of connection, vulnerability, and acceptance, we will explore protective behaviors (aka perfectionism and over-functioning) and hidden parts that keep you stuck and isolated.

Anxiety

If your brain works a little differently (like mine, I’ve got ADHD), I’m here to help you understand and embrace your unique strengths. We’ll explore how your brain works and identify strategies to thrive in a world that may not always understand or be set up for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and I’m here to help you find what feels right—on your terms.

 FAQs

  • I am cash-pay only and accept credit/debit or HSA/FSA. I encourage you to consider filing for out-of-network reimbursement for sessions. I can provide a receipt (Superbill) that you’ll submit for out-of-network claims. Please contact your insurance provider for more coverage information based on your specific plan.

  • During the initial 55-minute session, we will review intake paperwork, get background information, and look at the many facets of your life that have shaped your experience. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy at this time and discuss goals & what you’re hoping to get out of the process. Most importantly, we’re going to start to build rapport and trust - so you know I’m on your team.

  • In our follow-up sessions, we’ll revist the topics that originally brought you to therapy, discuss that recent TikTok that really resonated with you, and explore past and present challenges. I highly recommend weekly sessions, especially in the early stages of our work together, and then tapering off once we start to see changes.

  • Yes–I do offer a very limited number of sliding-scale spots. These are done based on my availability. These spots are reserved for individuals with marginalized identities and those who may not have the financial resources for therapy to be accessible.
